The Reline America Quality Management Process:
Quality Tracker™ System

Public and private sewer managers have clear requirements for trenchless rehabilitation projects. They require a rehabilitated sewer life of at least 50 years. This, in effect, defines the quality standards required. Only a thorough and well-organized quality management program, covering all steps from procurement to approval of the installed liner, will be able to meet these standards.

Reline America, Inc.™ has modeled its approach to Quality Control/Quality Management after the Brandenburger company, the product developer. We model their 3-pillared quality structure of:

  • High quality raw material use and continual testing.
  • ISO 9001 (Rev. 2000) manufacturing using a replica of the Brandenburger system.
  • Quality installations using state-of-the-art installation equipment which controls and maximizes the curing process, the Quality Tracker™ System which provides the customer with tamper-proof documentation of every liner curing profile (including up to seven different components of the cure process), and an inline camera -- all to document every square inch of the cure process, not just two spots on the liner using a heat sensing device.
