Our support strategy starts with classroom training for installers. Instructors show you how to install ALPHALINER® ultraviolet-light cured, glass-reinforced pipe (UV GRP) liners, step-by-step, and how to use our installation equipment. After that, they receive hands-on experience in our facility, covering all aspects of lining installation.

We also have you covered out in the field, where we provide real-time support 24/7 for all of our certified installers. We’re at the ready to help you with any of the technical aspects of using our customized equipment and the ALPHALINER® installation and curing process.

Need extra equipment to handle a large project but don’t have the time – or perhaps the capital – to purchase more? No problem. Reline America has a full inventory of rental equipment that’ll help you to fulfil your contractual obligations.
Should you ever experience equipment problems out in the field, we make “house calls,” 24/7. Although we do most of our repair and maintenance work in-house, our fully stocked service fleet can travel right to your job-site location, which reduces downtime in the field. Our annual re-certification program at our factory facility is a combination of classroom and field training. By requiring an annual “refresher” for all of our installers, quality of installation is maintained and offers installers an opportunity to learn additional tips and methods to improve installation skill sets.
