The relining project involves some 44,000 lf of sewer lines in Elizabeth Township, PA, which is located about 40 minutes southeast of Pittsburgh and is a mix of rural and suburban communities. Stoney Creek Sanitary District Public Utilities Director Rodney McClain has found the silver lining for leaky, failing sewer mains. All week a Sanitary District crew has been relining clay and asbestos cement pipes in Basye. A team from Saltville-based Reline America was on site overseeing the work.
